Jean Reno plays Patrick, a third rate boxer. He boxes, drinks too much, and spends too much time cavorting with girls of whom
he can't remember their names the next morning.
He meets up with Nathaniel, a small time, shabby and pathetic con man in a bar. Patrick sticks up for Nathaniel when two
people, whom he has swindled in the past, try to get even with him by punching his lights out.
The things they have in common are: They are both used to taking the blows, and both want to get away from Northern France.
Patrick, decides to go and find his cousin at Narbonne beach somewhere where the cosin runs a truck stop Pizzeria. So
the two of them are making their way gradually through France.
A kind of road movie I guess.
