This is a slapstick humoured military kind of film:
Five young people who were drafted in to the army; are living a very peacefull life in the barracks in a small town, their
officer is an eccentric man who lets them spend their lives listening to music.
But the idyllic atmosphere soon changes; when they get a new officer who is intent on taking them out on manoeuvres.
